March Students of the Month
Olivia Wheeler – Baking & Pastry
Olivia Wheeler is a second year MVHS student in the Baking and Pastry Program. She excels in her studies at both schools. A natural leader, she is very determined to do her best work and always with a smile. She never hesitates to assist her fellow students, and is very respected by both staff and peers. She won the gold medal at Skills/USA in the Community Service contest and is a state officer for the CTSO. ~ Chef Pelletier
Mason Mahonen – Auto Tech
Mason is an outstanding student and role model in this program. He is fully engaged in his studies and works hard to do his best. Mason takes every opportunity to help himself, his fellow students and me as his instructor whenever he can, which I very much appreciate. ~ Mr. Vannah
Gabriel Ramos – Social Studies
Gabe is an outstanding student in US History. Assigned work is always completed on time. He is engaged in class and has demonstrated a strong and consistent effort all year. ~ Mr. Littlefield
Ashley Leigh – Carpentry
Ashley is a second year student in the Residential Construction program and is well deserving of Student of the Month award. You will always find Ashley on task with a desire to learn more and do better. For her second year project, she has been the “lead person” building an 8×12 storage building working with some first year students. She has been both a good leader by example and teacher by experience. Ashley plans on pursuing construction after graduation. ~ Mr. Dishner
