April Students of the Month
Daniel Dickey

Daniel Dickey
Daniel Dickey is a hard-working, enthusiastic, and supportive student. He is creating amazing projects as a Graphic Designer. He helps his peers whenever he can, and often comes in after school because he loves getting more work done. ~ Brandon Soards, Design Tech Instructor
Ethan Gould

Ethan Gould
Ethan’s math work is consistent and exemplary. For many problems he thinks about them on another level and wonders how topics are interconnected. Not only connected in the math realm, but also to his field of study. In addition, he is willing to help his peers in class understand concepts. ~ Mrs. Hastings, Math Instructor
Kyle Marshall

Kyle Marshall
Kyle is a third year student, who acts like a third year student. He is always ready to help with the more difficult projects, and can be trusted to handle the everyday welding repairs that come into the weld shop with little supervision. Kyle represented the welding program at the state skills competition, entering the welding sculpture competition. Kyle’s work habits are outstanding. Several days a week he will leave his house at 3 AM and run his paper route before coming to school, and I have never once had him come to class too tired to do his work. ~ Mr. Brungardt, Welding & Metal Fabrication Instructor
Mykel Rogers
Mykel Rogers is an extremely resourceful and motivated young man when it comes to fixing things. Whether it’s a cell phone, four-wheeler or garden tractor, Mykel will always find a way to get it done. While he much prefers the hands on activities of the shop, to the academic/classroom portion, his understanding of mechanical concepts is evident. Because of his level of motivation and activity in the shop, along with a sense of humor, Mykel is a pleasure to work with. ~ Mr. Moody, Interim Small Engines Instructor
