Pam Pleas works for MCST as the School-to-Career Coordinator at Camden Hills Regional High School. She has her bachelor’s degree in German and her master's degree in Counselor Education. Pam is certified by State of Maine as a Guidance Counselor and Cooperative Education Coordinator. In addition, she is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Maine and has her national counselor certification (NCC).

Pam has spent her professional career working with and advocating for youth and families in a variety of community and school settings. She began her professional counseling career as an outreach family counselor in Illinois, she developed a high school career center in Connecticut, and has worked as a middle school and high school guidance counselor in Connecticut and Maine.

Pam loves working as a School to Career Coordinator because it gives her the opportunity to help young people answer three important life questions:

• "Who am I?"
• "Where do I want to go?" and,
• "How do I get there?"
