Summer-Time Custodial/Maintenance position

Qualifications: Minimum of High School Diploma or GED; State of Maine CHRC (Criminal History Record Check); physically able to fulfill obligations of this position including standing, lifting, walking, kneeling, and repetitive motion activities; knowledgeable of chemicals, safety standards and training, including MSDS and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities: Performance responsibilities include cleaning, minor repairs, lawn care, painting, and any other summer duties as required.

Adult Education Health Occupations Instructor to teach PSS, CRMA and CRMA Re-Certification

Qualifications: Current State of Maine approved as a trainer through DLRS (Division of Licensing and Regulatory Services); State Licensed Registerd Nurse with prior experience in residential and acute/long-term care; experience teaching adult and/or secondary education students.

Responsibilities: Performance responsibilities include the delivery of the certified health occupations curriculum to include sequential theoretical, laboratory, and correlated supervised clinical practice for the certification of trainees; stay current with changes in state requirements related to the health occupation program; assists in screening and interviewing prospective students; adheres to and follows established policies and procedures of the school.
